How the review system works

Author submission

Create a verified author account, submit a structured abstract with up to 10 authors, 3-5 keywords and one primary plus one secondary thematic area.

Automated review

Two reviewers per abstract. The system suggests reviewers and flags conflicts; final assignment stays with the admin and coordinator.

Committee decision

A 100-mark rubric produces average scores and ranking. No acceptance or rejection email leaves the system without committee approval.

Thematic areas

Authors must select one primary and one secondary thematic area. These selections drive reviewer suggestions, filtering, ranking, and programme planning.
